- IExe: add/removeTrigger methods added for javax.swing.JTextField, JComboBox
- application main-windows now auto-resize
- applets, which can't generally resize, get a JScrollPane around
them (which allows longer-than-anticipated messages to be viewed in
their entirety on TheMsgLine)
- TheMsgLine: preferred size now grows each time a longer message is
displayed (to spare the application main-window from excessive resizing)
- demo2: port-config'n fields now displayed in TogPanel subpanel,
and trigger execution of DoAll
